Q: Where can I purchase Orchard Park Cabinetry? 

A: Orchard Park Cabinetry is sold at RONA home centre stores in Canada.


Q: Can I purchase direct from the factory?

A: Orchard Park cabinets are only available through RONA home centre stores.


Q: Does Orchard Park use environmentally safe products?

A: Orchard Park seeks to minimize the environmental impact by recycling wastes and using low emissions coatings. We are a certified member of KCMA environmental stewardship program.  Please read more on Orchard Park's commitment to the environment.


Q: Can I customize Orchard Park cabinetry to my own needs?

A: Absolutely! Your local home centre has trained kitchen designers who can help you. There are dozens of ways to maximize space, organize storage and create spectacular designer looks. Your designer can help you adapt the design to the height(s) of the cook and can adapt/create a design that fits your needs. Your designer can also adjust the design to accommodate your budget.


Q: What if my home centre does not have a sample of a style or colour I am interested in?

A: RONA home centre stores and designers can order door or drawer front samples in any Orchard Park style, species and finish.


Q: How long is Orchard Park's warranty?

A: Orchard Park's current warranty is a Limited Lifetime Warranty from the date of purchase for the original homeowner only.


Q: How long does it take to get my cabinets after I place an order?

A: Orchard park lead times vary based on geographic location and peak order times. We ask that you contact your RONA home centre about delivery times in your area.


Q: Can I order an Orchard Park price list or get a price quote online?

A: Pricing a cabinet order can be quite complex. It depends on the wood species, door style, cabinet sizes, options and upgrades you choose. Please consult a RONA home centre for pricing. A designer will also know how to allow for shipping and handling costs to your area.


Q: How can I get replacement hinges, drawer slides, etc.?

A: Please contact one of the authorized RONA home centres in your area for assistance with ordering replacement parts for your cabinetry.


Q: How do I install my cabinets?

A: RONA Installation Services are available.


Q: Do you offer design assistance?

A: Design assistance is offered through RONA home centres.
